What a weird day...
1. Got an awesome new Blackberry Curve!
2. pretty much blacked out last night!
3. just watched some ghey dude dj over video chat thousands of miles away... "MOVING OUT."
4. got my job back at the agency... YES!! I hate fucking unemployment!
5. ahhh miami....Finally feeling like I'm home again.. good to be back.... but fuck, i miss new york.
6. I could be in Albany at Bisco!!!!!!!!!
7. Almost got in a Paige&Tiffany-esque fight with a dude 2 times my size last night....


Feed me, minorities! Off to get some sushi.

Telluride, Colorado: The Magical Ski Town

Thursday I'm off to the most beautiful little town in the entire universe, Telluride, Colorado. Not only am I excited to see Jaelyn but I really can't wait to see the town which I only know for its snow-covered mountains, friendly locals, and amazing snowboarding. This place is the most magical, humbling city in the world. It's tiny... 2,220 people live there. From mountain village you have to get on a gondola that goes over the mountain and down the other side into town:



There's something about this town that I can't put my finger on, but it's just breath-taking. If you don't like nature, you will when you're in Telluride. If you can't enjoy a beautiful sunset, it will give you the chills. And I cannot wait to see the GREEN Telluride during the summer, which I have been hearing so much about. Jaelyn and I are going to some music festival while I'm there too. Here are some shots I took from this past winter:

Surviving in the New York City HEAT.

In case you didn't get the memo NYC gets ridiculously hot in the summer. And because God hates me for obvious reasons, our air conditioner broke a couple days ago. The first night Tiffany and I tried to tough it out. I even took a job at a local bar cocktail waitressing just so I could stand in the A/C. We stayed awake that night until 7:30 in the morning because we could not fall asleep out of fear of drowning in our own sweat. We spent the whole day with our heads in the freezer.

Needless to say we were to the two biggest BITCHES when we finally woke up. We couldn't breath, we couldn't stop sweating, it was a fucking nightmare.

This was not going to work for us. So. . . . .we packed our bags and headed into the city, Park Ave to be exact and checked into a hotel. We bought snacks and alcohol.

I can safely say walking into our freezing cold hotel room was probably the happiest momment of my life. We jumped onto our beds:
Tiffany: "Oh my God! I'm swimming in cold air."
Paige: "Look at me! I'm making a snow angel."
