Neat Band: Sub Rosa

After weeks of hearing their song play on my friend Jones' myspace page, we discovered that they were playing at cakeshop last night. So naturally I decide that it would be a good idea to drink an entire bottle of cheap champagne before heading off to the show. I'll get back to that bad choice later. We met the band outside of the cakeshop and chatted with them for a bit. The band consists of three guys all from L.A.. But it turns out that they are actually going to be moving to NYC soon which is great for us because that means more local shows! I am pretty hard to impress when it comes to live performances. I usually think it just sounds like a bunch of noise but I thought sub rosa put on an awesome show.

Ok so back to me be being a drunk moron. So the show was at 10 which means I started drinking champagne at 8. On our way to meet up with Jones, Tiffany and I somehow got lost walking around the LES.

Drunk wandering is not fun. We finally made it to our destination and proceeded to drink more at bar. Not such a good idea but when have I ever been a good decision maker? So after an additional 3 drinks, I realized that I am SHITTANKED. . .shocking I know.

You can tell I've been up to no good. Apparently I fell on the stage. . .yes ON the stage. When I woke up this morning my knee was swollen and bruised. Tiffany also informed me that I kept yelling at the singer to fuck her. Hahahaha I was just trying to help a friend out. At this point I'm pretty sure Jones wanted to kill us.

Jones and I did however peer pressure Tiffany into kissing me hahahahahaha. One step at a time Tiffany. I will make you a slut if its the last thing I do.
